Using Webmail to Access Your E-mail Account

SiteWorx provides access to three different Web-based e-mail programs, which you can use to retrieve and send e-mail from your domain's e-mail account.

Prerequisites

  • An existing SiteWorx account.
  • Login information for the e-mail account that you want to access (specified when you set up your e-mail box).

Instructions

  1. On the SiteWorx main menu, click Hosting Features > E-mail > Webmail .
  2. On the Webmail Login page, enter the login information for your e-mail account and then select the e-mail client that you would like to use (Horde/IMP, RoundCube, or SquirrelMail). NOTE: There are no restrictions on which program that you decide to use (i.e., you can choose to use a different one each time that you log in if you like!).

Accessing Webmail Without Logging in to SiteWorx

You can directly access your e-mail via the Web by simply entering the Webmail URL in your browser's address bar. For example, if your domain name was "example.com", you would type the following URL :
