Viewing Web Site Error/Access Logs

This article provides instructions on viewing error/access logs via your SiteWorx account.

Prerequisites

  • An existing SiteWorx account.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your SiteWorx account.
  2. On the main menu, click Administration > Logs.

  3. If needed, select the desired log type from the Log File drop-down list.
  4. If you want the log to be updated in realtime, select Yes from the Follow drop-down list.
  5. Click the Show Log button.
  6. To download the log file, click the Download link.
