How to access your Nexcess Cloud control panel

The Nexcess Cloud control panel allows you to manage MySQL database, schedule CRON jobs, create backups, and perform other useful tasks. Some, but not all, of these functions can also be accessed from your Client Portal

Your Cloud control panel allow you to manage the following:

  • Email
  • MySQL
  • htaccess
  • Firewall rules
  • Cron jobs
  • Backups
  • Statistics

What you need

Method

  1. Log in to your Client Portal. From the home page, click Services > Cloud Accounts.

  2. Either click the name of your service, or select Account Dashboard from the menu toggle.

  3. From the main menu, make your desired selection.

    ATTENTION: Some, but not all, of these features can also be accessed from your Client Portal
