How to change an email account disk quota

Overview
This article explains how to change the disk quota for an existing email account. For example, if the quota is currently set to "Unlimited," you can change it to a specific limit in megabytes.

  1. Log in to your SiteWorx account.
  2. From the SiteWorx main menu, click Hosting Features > Email > Mailboxes (Figure 1).

  3. In the Existing Email Boxes section, click Edit next to the desired email account (Figure 2).

  4. If the disk space quota is currently set to Unlimited, and you want to set a specific limit, clear Unlimited check box and type the desired value in megabytes in the text field (Figure 3).

  5. Click Save.
