How to change the "Send Copy To" recipient

How to change the "Send Copy To" recipient

Overview
This article describes how Nexcess clients can use SiteWorx to configure an email account outside of your domain to automatically receive messages from your domain's email account.

Notes

If you have an email account outside of your domain, you can have messages copied to it by specifying the address as a Copy to recipient in your domain's email account. All of the messages sent to the email account on your domain will be copied to the other email account.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your SiteWorx account.
  2. From the SiteWorx main menu, click Hosting Features > Email > Mailboxes (Figure 1).

Figure 1. SiteWorx main menu; Hosting Features > Email > Mailboxes.

  3. From the Email Management page, click [Edit] next to the desired email account (Figure 2).

  4. In the Send copy to field (Figure 3), enter the target email address and click Save.
