How to disable your CDN SSL service

What you need

  • Your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess Support Team for assistance.

  • A previously enabled CDN SSL service. See How to enable your CDN SSL service  for details.


  1. Log in to the Client Portal. From the dashboard, select Service > Other.

  2. Locate the relevant CDN service, then click the menu toggle, followed by View.

  3. From the menu toggle, click Disable  SSL.

  4. Click Confirm when prompted.
