How to edit php.ini

How to edit php.ini

Overview
This article highlights why and how to edit a php.ini file.

Purpose

Any application using PHP in its programming language uses the php.ini file as its default configuration file. Implemented correctly, these edits can change variables such as file timeouts, resource limits, and upload sizes.

Procedure

We do not allow clients to perform edits on php.ini files; however, the Nexcess Support Team may implement changes on your behalf.

For 24-hour assistance any day of the year, contact our Support Team by email or through the Client Portal.
