How to enable and disable .htaccess files with SiteWorx

  1. Log in to your SiteWorx account.
  2. On the main menu, click Hosting Features > Htaccess.
  3. If you want to enable a .htaccess file click the Enable button.
  4. If you want to disable a .>htaccess file click the Disable button.
  5. Depending on your selection, a message displays at the top of the page, indicating that the .>htaccess file was either enabled or disabled: The .htaccess file was enabled: [directory path name].
