How to enable your CDN SSL service

This article shows Nexcess clients how to enable CDN SSL service through the Client Portal.


You must know your Client Portal username and password. These were originally provided in the Nexcess Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess Support Team for assistance.


Attention: By enabling CDN SSL service, the system will automatically generate an invoice and bill you appropriately.

  1. Log in to the Client Portal. From the dashboard, select Service > Other.

  1. Locate the relevant CDN service, then click the menu toggle, followed by View.

  1. Near the top, click Enable SSL.

  1. Click Confirm, then proceed to How to configure CDN SSL service and follow those instructions.
