How to enable your CDN SSL service

Overview
This article shows Nexcess clients how to enable CDN SSL service through the Client Portal.

But first...

You must know your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page, or contact the Nexcess Support Team for assistance.

Method

ATTENTION: By enabling CDN SSL service, the system will automatically generate an invoice and bill you appropriately.

  1. Log in to the Client Portal. From the dashboard, select Services > Other.

  1. Locate the relevant CDN service, then click the menu toggle, followed by View.

  1. Near the top, click Enable SSL.

  1. Click Confirm, then proceed to How to configure CDN SSL service and follow those instructions.
