How to renew your SSL certificate

Overview
This article explains how we help Nexcess clients renew their SSL certificates. 

Procedure

The below procedure outlines how we work with you to renew your SSL certificate before expiration:

  1. The Nexcess Billing Team sends you an invoice 30 days before expiration.

  2. When you pay the invoice, it sends a support ticket to the Provisioning Team, who renews your SSL certificate.

  3. No further action is required on your part unless you are renewing a premium or EV SSL certificate, in which case the Provisioning Team will contact you for additional information before renewal.


For assistance with SSL certificates, contact our Sales Team between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. eastern time (ET), Monday - Friday.
