How to resize your Nexcess Cloud account

What you need

Billing pro-rate

Depending on your selection, we will immediately charge or credit the credit card attached to your account with a prorated amount based on the amount of days remaining in the month and the relative cost of your new plan.

Step 1: Access your cloud account dashboard

To access your cloud account dashboard, log in to the Client Portal. From the home page, click Services > Cloud Accounts.

Step 2: Select account

Either click its name, or select Account Dashboard from the menu toggle.

Step 3: Select and execute your upgrade

  1. Select MENU > SERVICE LEVEL.

  2. Click UPGRADE, even if you plan to resize to a smaller plan.

  3. Select your desired plan, then click RESIZE.

    Attention: If you wish to move between shared and dedicated environments, contact our Support Team by email or through the Client Portal.


  4. If you use a dedicated environment, you will be prompted to reboot. Click CONFIRM when ready.

Your upgrade is complete!
