How to switch Client Portal accounts

Overview
This article explains how Nexcess clients can switch between Client Portal accounts when they are  assigned to multiple accounts.

Requirements

  • Your Client Portal username and password. These were originally provided in the Nexcess Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click the Reset Password link on the Client Portal login menu or contact the Nexcess Support Team for assistance.

  • You must have already be assigned to more than one account. For more information about adding users, see How to add or delete users from the Client Portal.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.

  2. On the dashboard, from the <Your Name> drop-down list, select Switch Client.

  3. Select the radio button corresponding to the desired client, then click Switch.
