How to undo cancellation requests

Overview
This article explains how Nexcess clients can use the Client Portal to undo a pending cancellation request.

Requirements

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Client Portal. From the dashboard, click Service, then locate the service type corresponding to the relevant service.

  1. Locate the service you wish to cancel. From the menu toggle, click Restore Service.

  1. Click Confirm.
