How to view account invoices

Overview
This article explains how Nexcess clients can use the Client Portal to view all of the invoices associated with their account.

But first...

You need your Client Portal username and password. These were originally provided in the Nexcess Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess Support Team.

Viewing invoices

 

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. From your Client Portal dashboard, click Billing > Invoices.


  3. From this page, you may use the menu toggle to View,Pay, or Download any invoice of your choice. 

    • View shows more detailed information about the invoice.
    • Pay allows you to make a manual payment instead of your automatic payment. For more information, see associated articles about paying by credit cardPayPal, and with account credit.
    • Export converts your invoice into a web-based PDF file, which you can download or print.
