How to view and edit your account PIN

But first...

You need your Client Portal username and password. These were originally provided in the Nexcess Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click  Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess Support Team.


As an added security measure, all Nexcess accounts are assigned with a personal identification number (PIN). For your security purposes, you are required to provide this PIN whenever you call the Billing or Support Teams about your account.

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.

  2. To view your PIN, click Show (1). To edit your PIN, click the orange edit icon (2), then go to Step 3.

  1. In the Call in PIN field, enter your new six-digit PIN, then click Save
