How to view shared secure data in your Client Portal

What you need

  • Your Client Portal username and password. These were originally provided in the Nexcess Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess Support Team.

  • An open ticket with our Support Team, who recently shared secure data with you.


If you are a Nexcess client and our team recently shared secure data with you, use this method to view it:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal. If you received an email notification of the shared data, instead follow the link provided in that email, then skip to Step 4

  2. In the Active Tickets section, click View Tickets.

  3. Locate the ticket, then click the ticket number.

  4. Click View Secure Data.

  5. Read the warning, then click View Secure Data when ready.

  6. Click the password to copy the password to your pasteboard.
