How to view SiteWorx statistics

Overview
This article shows how Nexcess clients can access their website statistics through their SiteWorx accounts.  

Viewing statistics 

  1. Log in to your SiteWorx account.

  2. In the main menu, click Statistics to see the list of statistic tools. Refer to the next section for definitions of the five types.

  4. The Managing Domain field indicates the domain you are currently accessing. To change this domain, click the Change Domain drop-down list and select a different domain (Figure 2).

Types of statistics

This section explains the five types of statistical analysis available to you through SiteWorx: bandwidth history, Webalizer, AWStats, analog, and real-time.

Bandwidth history

This will divide your history of bandwidth use into month-long periods (Figure 3).

If you host multiple domains with us, click Show Details to see information specific to each domain.

Webalizer

The webalizer allows you to view activity for your website, such as hits, visits, amount of data downloaded, and other information (Figure 4).

AWStats

This statistic generates comprehensive reports detailing your website’s traffic. Information includes, but is not limited to, popular site URLs, duration of visits, bandwidth usage, and user operating systems.  

Analog

This option will allow you to view daily, weekly, and monthly usage statistics for your web server. To view the stats for a particular day, week, or month, select the Stats Type drop-down list and click the relevant day on the calendar (Figure 5).

Real-time 

This option reveals real-time bandwidth data for your website’s inbound and outbound traffic. The bandwidth report shows data for the current day, last 7 days, and last 30 days.
