How to view your Account ID and PIN

You need your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess Support Team.

Method

As an added security measure, all Nexcess accounts are assigned with a personal identification number (PIN). For your security purposes, you are required to provide this PIN whenever you call the Billing or Support Teams about your account. 

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.

  2. Your login page shows all the information you need to identify your account and confirm your identity. However, your Account ID is visible on every page in your Client Portal.


  3. To view your PIN, click Show (1) or the eye icon (2). To edit your PIN, click the orange edit icon (3), then go to Step 4.


  4. In the Call in PIN field, enter your new six-digit PIN, then click Save
