How to view your credit balance and history

This article explains how Nexcess clients can use the Client Portal to view any current and past credits applied to their account.

But first...

You need your Client Portal username and password. These were originally provided in the Nexcess Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click Reset Password on the Client Portal login menu or contact the Nexcess Support Team.


  1. Log in to the Client Portal.

  2. From the dashboard, select Billing > Credits.

  1. You will now see your credit history details, including amount, date of issuance, and status. See How to pay invoices with account credit for more information.


For  further assistance, contact our Billing Team between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. eastern time (ET), Monday - Friday.
